SiteTrace is a small set of network utility tools built for people who want fast, honest answers about how the internet sees them. There is no signup, no app to install, and no tracking tied to your identity.
We were tired of the popular free network-tool sites: too many ads, too much clutter, too many features hidden behind a signup. SiteTrace keeps it simple — every tool is one page, the answer is the first thing you see, and the page loads in under a second. Bookmark the one you need, share it, or come back whenever something on the internet feels off.
All lookups run in your browser and go to public services (ipwho.is, ip-api.com, Google DNS-over-HTTPS, Cloudflare DNS-over-HTTPS, plus CORS-friendly endpoints for ping). We do not run a server in the middle and we do not log your requests.
How SiteTrace is funded
SiteTrace is funded by unobtrusive ads (Google AdSense) and optional donations via PayPal. Those are the only two revenue sources. There is no paywall, no premium tier, no affiliate program, no "recommended" apps, and no data sale. The site would not exist without them.
